Web personnel have extensive experience in the design of both underground and aboveground storage tank systems. The staff is well versed in State and Federal requirements for storage of both flammable and combustible liquids. Bulk Plant Design
Utilizing both State and Federal requirements for aboveground storage of large volumes of petroleum based fuels, Web Engineering has a long history of state of the art bulk plant design. Unique secondary containment designs for both the tanks and the
loading/off-loading tank wagon areas have placed Web as a leader in Spill Prevention Controls and Countermeasure Plans (SPCCs). |

Process Control Systems and Waste Streams
The staff at Web has successfully designed process control and waste reduction schemes to help clientele reduce their costs associated with production and waste disposal. Web has designed control systems for sensitive and accurate material inventory and delivery systems as part of the production process. Web is also a leading designer of chemical waste reduction systems and re-cycling.
Site Development
Web Engineering personnel are experienced in new site development and redevelopment of existing urban properties. Recent projects include the following:
- Environmental site supervision of the largest housing redevelopment in Massachusetts
- Design and permitting of a commercial fueling facility (gasoline & diesel fuel) in Boston Harbor
- Design and permitting of a bulk fuel storage and transfer facility along the Nashua River
- Site design for a large composting facility
